So what are the reasons that hinder the normal operation of the lubrication system? (1) The production process is not well organized, and the three-stage crushing is difficult to run continuously. Because the adjustment of the orifice of the metal crusher has a great influence on the temperature of the lubricating oil, when the orifice of the ore is adjusted, the oil temperature changes rapidly and the metal crusher cannot work normally. Therefore, it is difficult to adjust the ore outlet of the metal crusher to the required standard, which results in a large particle size of the crushed material and fails to meet the requirements. The phenomenon of repeated circulation of materials in the middle is formed, causing the silo of the fine crushing section to be blocked, resulting in a passive situation where continuous production cannot be achieved.(2) The abrasion of each part of the metal crusher itself is intensified, and the running stability is poor. In the actual operation of the metal crusher, bearing parts such as straight bushings, eccentric bushings, spherical bearings, and horizontal bushings often suffer from ablation, cracking, or even scrap due to local overheating due to poor lubrication. Stable operation.(3) Increased consumption of spare parts and materials, increased energy consumption and higher production costs. Since the lubricating oil often generates high temperature, the lubricating oil quickly deteriorates and the consumption increases; and the consumption of the lubricating oil pump is large, the accelerated wear of various parts of the metal crusher causes the equipment maintenance cost to increase; The requirements result in an increase in closed-circuit circulation, increased wear of screening equipment and transportation equipment, and unnecessary consumption of energy in the circulation of materials.(4) The use of new materials on metal crushers is restricted. Modified nylon material replacing copper alloy as bearing material has been successfully used in crushers in other regions and has great economic value, but it has failed in Zhengzhou Mengda metal crusher. The main reason is that the nylon material has poor high-temperature stability and requires high lubricating ability.(5) It is difficult to overhaul the lubrication station. The small space between the various parts of the lubrication station makes it difficult to overhaul the oil pump and replace the fittings. Because of the short life of the oil pump, the number of inspections has increased.
