Training appointments are pre-paid and there is a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee for all appointments, regardless of circumstance or notice given.  This cancellation fee cannot be applied to future or rescheduled appointments.  Due to the very high demand for our training services this allows us to meet the needs of our clients and make the most effective use of our time.

Payment can be made through e-transfer, PayPal, cash, or cheque.

Please note that dates are not confirmed until deposit is received.

 

There is a $20 NSF fee for all dishonoured cheques.

If walks are cancelled or rescheduled with less than one business day (24-hours) notice, there is a 50% cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is $10 for half-hour walks ($12.50 for two dogs) and $14.50 for one-hour walks ($16 for two dogs).  If more than one business day's notice is given, there is no cancellation fee for the walk.


If the dog-walker shows up for the walk and the dog is unavailable for any reason, the full service fee will be charged.

We understand that sometimes changes happen outside of one's control, however we must pay our staff a fair wage and be considerate of their time as well, so unfortunately there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.   This policy is discussed at all meet-and-greet appointments.  If you have any questions, please contact us.  Thank you for your understanding.
